human rights association for the assistance of prisoners against the

21 Egyptian citizens were missed in Libya, the Administrative Court
binds MFA to give movement certificate for the missing citizens as
well as their passports that have been given to the Libyan authority
by one of the Egyptian citizens in Libya then they have been
