In the first session of the lawsuit- 16 March 2004- filed by the human rights association for the assistance of prisoners against the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) and the Ministry of Interior and the Libyan Embassy in Cairo to determine the status of 21 Egyptian citizens were missed in Libya, the Administrative Court binds MFA to give movement certificate for the missing citizens as well as their passports that have been given to the Libyan authority by one of the Egyptian citizens in Libya then they have been delivered to the Egyptian authority to acquaint the court with it in addition to postponing the lawsuit to 30 March 2004.
